I have had a long career in helping others, first as a teacher, now as a Realtor. It is my pleasure to help folks buy or sell their home, making sure they understand each step. Helping first time buyers with their new homes, Spanish speaking clients understand the system and achieve their life long dream of owning a home, sellers moving on happily after a satisfied sale, are just a few of the things that make all the work worthwhile.I am a member of the Hispanic Center of Greater Danbury, The International Club of Newtown, the United Way, and collaborate with local School Districts doing parent training and information workshops.

I have recently received two new accreditations after taking extensive courses on subjects I know will allow me to serve my clients better:

SRES ( Senior Real Estate Specialist) that allows me to serve those clients who are hoping to sell or buy and whose age allows them to take advantage of many opprtunities now available to them, such as a Reverse Mortgage.

ASP ( Accredited Staging Professional) that allows me to prepare a home for sale so that it shows at its best, which does not necessarily mean to decorate more. On the contrary, sometimes if it helps show the arquitectural features of a property to its fullest.
